What to expect: Athletic with 2-way abilities. At the plate the has feel for the barrel with a short swing that repeats and has plus bat speed. Has a strong arm from the outfield; On the mound he fills up the zone with the FB while showing a high spin CB with plus movement. 

What we’d like to see: With the Blast swing metrics already being above average the strength should continue to trend up and could see a jump in the exit velo. Should see a jump in the FB velo on the mound as as continues to get stronger as the OF velo was already there.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Naturally strong/live arm with feel for 3 pitches. FB flashes ride and run through the zone while the slider has sharp, lateral action and the Ch has low spin and arm side fade.

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE: Get more athletic down the slope, specifically with the lower half. Can lengthen the stride length and improve the hip shoulder separation (per ProPlayAI) which could lead to a increase in the arm speed and all the pitches would benefit.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Solid backstop that flashed arm strength and carry on the throws. Line drive stroke at the plate that is quick into the zone with a gap to gap approach

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE: Added strength in the lower half; consistency behind the plate with the footwork and throws. Continue to see the bat speed and exit velo climb.
