2017 PBR Future Games: Team PA vs. Team Ohio Recap

Team Pennsylvania locked up with Team Ohio for a 6th time in the past six PBR Future Games yesterday with the neighboring states battling to a 2-2 tie.
Five Team PA pitchers combined to hold Team Ohio to just two hits with both Ohio runs being scored in the top of the 1st inning. The staff combined to hold Team Ohio hitters to just one hit after the first inning while striking out five hitters.
The Team PA defense backed up the pitching staff with a number of outstanding defensive plays with 2020 SS/3B Connor Offshack turning in several outstanding plays to keep Ohio off the scoreboard.
Offshack doubled in the bottom of the 1st inning and later scored on a one out groundout by 2020 C Bryce Behmer (Lancaster Catholic). A leadoff triple from 2019 1B/LHP Nick Breznak in the bottom of the 4th inning followed by Offshack's RBI groundout tied the game at two.
Team Pennsylvania continues game action today with a 3:00 pm game vs. Team Michigan and will conclude game play with a 10:00 am game against Team Ontario on Saturday.
