Moises Gonzalez Jr. OF / OF / Northern Lebanon, PA / 2024 Rankings  StateRank: 66 / POS: 11   ? QUICK HITS

(10) other breakout performers caught our attention and emerged as spring follows...

- '26 3B Owen Rozzi (West Chester East) was one of the favorite swings of preseason. Stays above the ball with model efficiency and works to extension through middle of field. Stepped in for 12 barrels during a professional round, up to 93MPH. Long arms in 5-9, 180lb frame, more coming.

- '25 RHP Ethan Grim (Governor Mifflin) laid claim to one of the louder 'pens of the day, holding 86-87MPH with extreme carry through zone (19-23in IVB). Landed two-plane 69-70 mph CB on 11/5 tilt and developing CH that turned over at release. Going to be one of our early spring scouting stops, stuff will play.

- '24 SS Cesar Lopez (Perkiomen School) certainly catches the eye at 6-6, 200lbs with well-seasoned tools across the board. 7.14 runner worked up to low-effort 95MPH exit velo and stayed through backside gap multiple times for distance. Flashed a mid-80's INF arm that might slide to a corner due to size and projection. Arrow way up.

- '24 OF/1B Paul Colombo (Twin Valley) continues climbing up the rankings and might be THE uncommitted LH power bat to have in the class. It's just laughable raw strength at 6-0, 210lbs with backspin through finish. Carried one of his T99.3MPH exit velos a total of 383 feet, which was a personal best at PBR event. Wide stance limits occasional swing/miss. Can play multiple positions. 

- '25 LHP/OF Justin Fryer (Norristown Area) broke out at two of our events with lightning quick arm and balanced delivery. Strike-thrower that repeats in mid-80's on FB, T86MPH to glove-side. Also buried advanced split (922rpms) and got around quality SL at 2398rpms Feel for three pitches, ran 6.94 in the 60YD; ATHLETE.

- '24 C Caleb Strawhecker (Avon Grove) was always an advanced defender with pop times pushing sub-2.00. Arrived much more physical at 5-11, 185lbs and showed improvement offensively. Strong LH bat that matched plane early and stayed in zone. Top exit velo of 95MPH and trending fast.

- 25 C Evan Stiles (West Chester Henderson) was all green metrically with big RH power to pull-side. Drove multiple balls over 350 feet, including his furthest blast at 361. Displayed mid-70's bat-speed, which translated to top exit velo of 93MPH, then grabbed 80MPH from the crouch with projectable actions at 6-1, 185lbs. Buying stock now.

- '24 LHP Austin Ludwig (Spring-Ford) gained +4MPH in AVG and PEAK velocity on the mound from a lower slot, sitting 82-84, T85MPH in this look. Created easy horizontal move on FB, up to 18in and added sweeping 2364rpms SL with pinpoint command (80% zone rate). Killed upper-70's CH is going to have a real chance w/ late fade.

- '25 C Kyle McKernan (William Penn Charter) keeps moving the needle in the right direction. Some of the better bat-to-ball skills in class, now tacking on strength at 5-9, 165lbs. The LHH was an immediate contributor in Inter-Ac as true Frosh, never off time, and always gets hands through. Top exit velo of 81MPH along with his usual comfortable defensive actions.

- '26 OF/RHP Jaidyn Rivera (The Haverford School) is still getting to top form after coming off of football season. Premium athlete with twitch in all phases of the game at 5-9, 160lbs. Going to have a legitimate shot at some at-bats this spring w/ top exit velo of 90MPH. Hand-speed/bat-speed combo stands out; 23MPH and 74MPH.
