PA Class of 2027: Initial Rankings

Nathan Ocker
Deputy Director PA/NY

The fall season has finished and prosects are going through offseason training and prepping for the 2024 season. This is a perfect time to take a deep dive into our first release of the 2027 rankings. As our staff dove headfirst into constructing the initial rankings we quickly realized this class has the potential to be the best in recent years.

We are well aware that these athletes have yet to step foot on a high school baseball field and lots of things can change in the next few years. Many of the players within the intial rankings have made major strides during the 2023 summer.

We take a closer look at our top-10 within the class, headlined by Graham Keen (Mt. Lebanon) a legitmate two-way talent, followed by Jacob Carrasco (Manheim Township) and Josh Burkholder (West Mifflin) who made his committment to West Virginia University prior to the recruiting rule change.

This list will continue to expand and push out further as we get additional eyes on talent during our rigorous high school scouting, showcase events, and tournaments. It’s an ongoing process as always, noting that some players make faster developments than others at this age, and that there could be multiple unranked players in which we haven’t seen.
