Bay Area World Series 2020 (BAWS) - The listed size doesn't give true credence to his strength and physicality at the plate. He's intent to do damage on each swing and though that tends to lessen his barrel control, he's a threat at the plate. The defensive tools profile to LF.
7/23/20
Positional Profile: OF Body: 5-foot-9, 175-pounds. Compact and stout, has some strength and physical presence. Defense: Sees and reads well, moves aggressively to the ball, could work to eliminate a step or so as he gets to the throwing position. Good glove hand and though not a great arm his ability to gain ground and be aggressive can allow for an occasional OF assist (LF). Arm: RH. OF - 75 mph. Clean arm action, compact and easy to control, accurate thrower though can develop more carry. Arm is pretty quick and velocity didn't quite match what the eye sees. Hit: LHH. Powerfully wide base, lower half immediately engaged and in control, balanced setup, hands in comfortable slot, elbow angled slightly down and conscious of staying connected on backside. High knee lift getting above waist, load with hand hitch and knee pinching together a la' Josh Donaldson. Powerful swing, has ability access power from lower half, HR type attack angle, drives baseball well and finishes the swing with authority. There is a chance to put some balls over the fence. Power: 88 mph exit velocity in cage front toss session. Run: 7.33 runner in the 60.

NorCal Top Prospects Games:
7.10 60yd, 70 OF MPH, 85 EV
High waisted, full medium build with good footspeed once underway (7.10 60yd). Balanced, high hand stance pulling the knob down as he balanced over the back hip with a foot lift; times where the hand movement adds length in the barrel turn, but flashed a whippy barrel with hands directly to the baseball. Stuck to the pullside flashing some lift to the gap and middle of the field (85 EV). Bouncy, attacking the baseball from OF; arm will need to make jumps (70 MPH) to stick out there as throws are lofty with limited carry. Keeps improving his athleticism and allowing the strength to come out more and more.
7/24/19
NCA Top Prospect ID - High-waisted medium frame with pronounced strength in the upper half; body is firming up and adding strength (7.25 60yd). Tall posture with high hands and high back elbow; hand pump with slight foot lift allowing him to get foot down early before firing back hip staying behind the baseball through contact. Barrel turn has some length working upwards through the zone; found timing regularly during the round as he worked with some leverage driving the ball around the field finishing with one hand high over the back shoulder (83 EV). Aggressive to the ball with feet staying underneath him; utilizes extra hop working into back hip. Arm is compact to high release working in time with the lower half and high hop (75 MPH).
