Positional Profile: RHP/3B Athletic movements with good instincts on the mound.
Body: 5-10, 165-pounds. Long limbed with a short torso; large hands and feet.
Delivery: Upright into a slight dip/drive allows Aleman to stay behind the ball. Flat foot landing with weight balanced over leg.
Arm Action: RH. Quick arm with repeatable mechanics from a high 3/4 slot. Athletic mover on the mound.
FB: T82, 81-82 mph. FB works to all quadrants of the zone with fair command. Will run it in on RHH. T2129, 2017 average rpm.
SL: 74-75 mph. Whiff pitch. Velo plays way up because of the tunnelling off the FB. When down in the zone it's unhittable. T2248, 2216 average rpm.
CUT: 76-78 mph. Plays off FB very well coming from same tunnel; late life as it enters the zone; high whiff rate in-game.
ATH: 7.96 runner in the 60. 2.08 and 4.53 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Present kickback at times.
Defensively: INF - 72 MPH. Fundamental actions. Works low to the ground. Gets set into quality posture. Present glove skills showing soft hands and a quick exchange. Avg. foot quickness/range Shorter arm action. Avg. strength with present accuracy. Easy effort arm that works quick to release. Projects as a solid corner profile.
Pitching: Exclusive from the stretch. Uses a belt high knee lift. Smaller driveleg engagement. Lower half works in-line. Average block. Shorter AA in the back. Elbow works above shoulder into some inversion. Works to a normal 3/4 slot. FB worked 77-78. 2-seam type FB showing below average IVB and flashing decent ASR. SL worked 72-73 showing cutter-like shape flashing present carry with 3 inches of lateral break. CH was 68-71 showing similar action to FB getting only a small drop in IVB but great feel in-zone.
