The RF for the Lions put together a strong showing on opening day with strong defense in RF moving well to cover ground and the arm showed well during INF/OF with carry and strong arm strength with potentially CF upside. At the plate he opened the game by staying on an elevated CB from the Knights starter to drive in a run with a swing that showed solid present bat speed with upside in the profile, but some rawness to the approach.

Body: 6-3, 190-pounds. Wirey frame with room to add strength.
Hit: RHH. Even stance with hands away from his body by his back shoulder. Small leg kick and quiet stance. Higher launch angle that produces a lot of fly balls. 71.2 mph bat speed with 14 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 84.1 mph. 349' max distance. Projects as serious power threat with added strength.
Arm: RH. INF-76 mph. OF-88 mph. High three quarters release. Tight arm path.
Defense: Calm footwork, maintains body control throughout the play.
