Committed to Little Rock-Arkansas. Finished the day 2-3 with a walk, an rbi single to left field and a home run to left field, he showed the ability to foul off pitches to prolong his at bats and showed excellent bat speed and good power. He also came on to close the game out in the 7th inning showing a fastball at 89-91with some arm side run, a nasty slider at 85-86 mph and a curveball that was only used a couple of times that showed good rotation, once again he demonstrated the opportunity to show that he is becoming a very accomplished three pitch pitcher who has been used mainly as a closer but with three quality pitches that offer swing and miss capability he could easily be used as a starter.
