Brandon Rovinelli: RHP/OF, (2025) St Joseph, CT. 5-foot-9, 160-pound lean athletic frame. Projectable and athletic during batting practice, Rovinelli recorded an exit velocity of 84 mph. (62.39 mph bat speed average). (18.38 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a wrapping load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is developing, displays an uphill loose swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Aggressive approach. Projectable and athletic from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 83 mph; showed a natural exchange, soft developing hands, and athletic developing feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Showed a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a 60 time of 7.64 at the event. Above average and athletic on the mound, showing quick consistent arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle and a compact quick arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Has in line shoulder and consistent balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 79-80 mph; shows slight running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 1936; Avg 1799). Has glove side around the zone command and slurvey action on his 10/4 curveball (67-68). (Max spin 2074; Avg 2048). Hit: (Switch) Projectable and athletic. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a wrapping load, then uses a small leg kick. Developing bat speed. High finish, uphill loose swing. Aggressive approach. 

Power: 84 mph exit velocity, average 80.33 mph. 62.39 mph bat speed average. 18.38 mph hand speed average.

Defense:  (OF) Soft developing hands, athletic developing footwork, natural exchange. Projectable and athletic.  Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. 

Arm: 83 mph outfield velocity. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot, consistent accuracy. 

Speed: 7.64 (60-yard).

Pitching: Above average and athletic. Up-tempo delivery, some effort. High ¾ arm angle, quick consistent arm speed, compact quick arm action. Consistent balance point, in line shoulders, lands square, an athletic finish.

FB: T80. 79-80 mph. (Max spin 1936;  Avg 1799). Arm side around the zone accuracy, slight running action.

Brandon Rovinelli: RHP/OF, (2025) out of St Joseph, CT. is a talented 5-foot-9, 155-pound two-way prospect. At the plate, Rovinelli recorded an exit velocity of 79 MPH (61.11 MPH bat speed average) and (18.89 MPH hand speed average). Rovinelli begins in a wide, open stance with a slow load and controlled stride. The swing takes an uphill path, with good extension. He also recorded a time of 7.57 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, Rovinelli showed some arm talent. The arm works out of a long, ¾ arm slot that gives his fastball (78-79 MPH)(Max spin 1938; Avg 1743) late arm side sink. The delivery is simple, rhythmic and allows him to be in line with home plate. Rovinelli also flashed a nice 12/6 curveball (63-66 MPH) (Max spin 2074; Avg 1963) and a tight cutter (68-69 MPH).

Brandon Rovinelli: RHP/OF, (2025) St Joseph, CT. 5-foot-8, 150-pound athletic frame. Solid in the box, Rovinelli had an exit velocity of 76 mph. (62.88 mph bat speed average). (19.06 mph hand speed average). Starts in a wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick stride. Has developing bat speed, uphill swing plane and high finish. Had loud contact and found some barrels. Line drive approach. Athletic in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 81 mph; had consistent footwork, a clean exchange, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. Recorded a time of 7.5 in the 60-yard dash. Above average on the mound, showing above average arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle with a very quick arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed consistent balance point with in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 80-81 mph; shows running action with heavy movement. (Max spin 1872; Avg 1668). His changeup (67-68) shows arm side control and fading action. Shows glove side control and sweeping action on his 10/4 slider (69-71). (Max spin 2022; Avg 1734).

CH: 67-68 mph. Arm side control, fading action.

5-foot-8, 150-pound, lean and athletic, a young wiry frame, shows good strength for a 2025. Projectable on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Showed strong balance point with in line shoulders. Landing harder, could soften,  has an athletic finish. Curveball 59-61 mph. Sat with his fastball at 75-78 mph; had a heavy fastball that showed sinking action and command low in the zone. Threw a 2/8 slider 64-66mph; with glove side control and late action. The arm is really quick and fast for a 2025, look for hime to be a guy down the road.

11/04/20

5-foot-7, 140-pound, wiry strong athletic frame, very good strength for a 2025. A right-handed pitcher, showed a very quick arm, its fast and works with minimal effort. The delivery has tempo, higher strong gather, inline stride, builds momentum down the mound. Slight pull and head, needs to keep vision on target. The fastball is electric at times, clocked at 76 mph, with arm side sink and run, baseball comes out of the hand well. The breaking ball, is a plus pitch for his age, clocked at 64 mph, showing very good spin and tilt to it, spin rate up over 1900. Also, mixed in a cutter at 68 mph, still a work in progress, shows good hand speed with it. Good looking young athletic arm.

2/16/20

5-foot-6, 120-pound, smaller thin athletic frame. The shoulders are sloped, with room for added weight. A left-handed hitting middle infielder, top tool is ability to swing the bat. At the plate, wider setup, even feet, higher hand set, with an extended back elbow. The swing is down to level to up, middle of the field approach. The swing creates natural loft and lift. Took two solid rounds of batting practice, had a tee exit velocity 67 mph and ran a 4.33 from home to 1st. Defensively, works low to the ground, moves well to glove side. The arm was clocked at 72 mph, arm action is longer, working from a 3/4 slot. Off the mound, simple controlled delivery, high hands, strong back leg, direction is inline. The arm works clean from a higher slot. The fastball touched 67 mph, living in the bottom part of the zone, with 2-seamer having sink and run to it. The curveball was clocked at 59-60 mph, showing proper spin, also featured a cutter. Good looking young player.

A left-handed hitting corner infielder. Top tool is the ability to swing the bat, wider setup, even feet, more weight starting on back side. The hands are loose, lower half is under control, simple pick up and put down with stride foot. The swing is down to level to up, finishing above the shoulders, approach more middle of the field, showed the ability to hit off the back side, hard contact in game play. Defensively, works low to the ground, arm was clocked at 74 mph. Off the mound, pounded the zone with a two-pitch mix, breaker had proper spin n shape to it. The lift is athletic, gets to a compact gather, direction is inline.

A switch hitting third baseman, has an advanced approach at the plate for his age. Swings it equally well from both sides, line drives to the gaps. Defensively, soft hands and clean arm across the diamond. Good looking young player. Showed feel for throwing strikes, pounds the zone.
