A right-handed two-way player, worked out in outfielder and off the mound. At the plate, even wider setup, loose relaxed hands at shoulder height, with a tilted setup. Simple pickup and put down, slight leak of weight forward, however the hands are back on foot strike. The path is level, gets through the baseball, rolls hands late and finishes higher. The approach is more middle to pull side, had an exit velocity of 88 mph, advanced, baseball jumps off the bat. From the out field, approach is under control, more of shuffle into a hop for transfer. The arm action is clean, working from a higher slot, arm was clocked at 72 mph. Off the mound, pounds the zone with a two-pitch mix, working from set position, delivery is slower, could quicken a tick. The lift is smooth, higher, gets loaded on backside. The breaking ball is a plus pitch at his age, tilted and good spin, clocked at 62-65 mph. Time will tell which way, bat has pop, but feel off the mound is advanced.
