3.17.18 - Looks like he will be a key piece of the O’Fallon bullpen this spring. Full writeup from an earlier outing can be found below in the Scout Blog. Worked one hitless inning in this game, striking out one. Fastball sat 84-85 mph, touched 86 (was 82-84 mph in previous outing).
3.14.18 - Unsigned senior. 5-foot-10, 195-pound, strong-bodied, right-handed pitcher, durable lower half. Compact delivery, repeats well, throws a high-volume of strikes. Short arm action, high ¾ arm slot. Came out of the bullpen and changed the momentum for the Panthers. Went 2.1 innings, struck out three and did not allow a hit. Fastball sat 82-84 mph, works straight. Curveball worked 11/5, some depth and feel at 69 mph. Occasional flashed what looked to be a knuckleball at 66 mph; threw it for strikes and resulted in a few swing and misses.  
6.27.17 - 5-foot-10, 195-pound, strong, durable, two-way prospect. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, three-pitch feel, repeatable delivery, stays on-line, lands square with regular effort throughout. Quick arm action from a high ¾ slot. Fastball works mostly straight, thrown for strikes, 81-82 mph. Curveball thrown aggressively, feel, flashes depth, true 12/6 action, sat 68-70 mph. Changeup, flashes arm-side action and ranged between 73-75 mph. Offensively, right-handed hitter, balanced, tall setup, leg-kick timing trigger and good balance through contact. Simple overall approach, consistent hard contact, sprayed balls to all fields with lift in swing. 85 mph exit velocity through contact. Defensively, clean exchange, accurate arm and throws clocked at 74 mph from the crouch. Pop times ranged between 2.12-2.30. Ran a 7.45 laser-timed 60.

6.28.16 - 5-foot-9, 200-pound right handed hitting catcher. Offensively, balanced setup, leg kick timing trigger. Uphill bat path, line drive approach, fluid rhythm, finds barrel, lift in swing; exit velocity clocked at 80 mph. Defensively, high ¾ slot, easy hands, little body movement, athletic catching stance; recorded pop times between 2.25-2.30. Clocked at 73 mph from behind the plate. Also, ran a 8.05 laser timed 60.
