4.15.17 - Texas Christian commit. 6-foot-2, 200-pound, right-handed hitting outfielder, athletic, muscular, strong frame with sloped shoulders and trim waist. Offensively, open, upright stance with good rhythm and a slight-hand hitch.  Gets his lower half into his swing, has bat speed with lift to his swing. Plus runner and uses it in the outfield well. Good reads, jumps and routes on the ball in center field.  Strong arm and makes accurate throws.

Super 60 2017 - Texas Christian recruit. 6-foot-2, 200-pound quick-twitch athlete with proportional strength. Showcased explosive tools throughout the Super 60. Ran the second-fastest 60 time at the event, 6.54 laser-timed. Also registered event-best 106-mph exit velocity and was clocked at 89 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter features plus bat speed in high-effort swing, severe uphill path; choppiness in stride/load caused for erratic rounds of BP but flashed pull-side juice.

6.21.16 - Texas Christian recruit. 6-foot-2, 190-pound right-handed hitting outfielder, athletic build, proportional strength, defined forearms. Possesses high-level tools across the board: ran a 6.67 laser-timed 60, registered 99 mph exit velocity with wood and was clocked at 89 mph from the outfield. Offensively, features elite bat speed. Balanced, explosive lower half, uphill path, pullside approach, swings hard. Defensively, has arm strength and athleticism.

2/14/16 - Texas Christian commit. Strong athletic body type, 6-foot-1, 190-pound outfielder. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance, toe tap stride, rhythmic hitter, minimal loading action in hands. Explosive bat speed, loose hands, front foot hitter. 96 mph exit velocity from the. Advanced arm strength from the outfield, over the top slot, ball carries well and stays on line, 90 mph from the outfield. Plays aggressively to the baseball, footwork is quick. 6.80 runner in the 60, laser timed. Possible 2017 draft follow.
1.18.15 - 6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic, fast-twitch right-handed hitting outfielder currently ranked No. 2 in Illinois’ 2017 class, No. 23 overall, committed to TCU. Hits from an open setup, hands load back smoothly, utilizes a leg kick, bat speed is off the charts with 95 mph exit velocity off the tee. Impressive in that he can over swing but still make hard, solid contact off the barrel consistently, reminiscent of a young, right-handed Bryce Harper. Defensively, in the outfield threw 87 mph from long, loose, high ¾ arm slot, effort present, soft hands, quick footwork, quick clean exchanges, throws can struggle with accuracy as he over throws, plenty of arm strength present. Ran a 6.84 60. Czernijewski would have fit in fine at this year’s Super 60 Pro Showcase among prospects two years older, where his bat speed along would have been at the top of all prospects. He’ll be watched closely over the next several years, and could see considerable draft interest in the spring of 2017.
1/16/15 - Verbally committed to TCU.
7/14/14 - 6-foot-1, 170-pound highly athletic, fast twitch, right-handed hitting outfielder impressed as the top prospect in attendance at the 2017 Top Prospect Games.  Possesses elite bat speed for any age with 95 mph exit velocity, hitting from a tall, open setup with a smooth load and short stride.   Bat path is short and slightly uphill, with relaxed hands and controlled violence in swing.  Hands are impressive, staying inside the baseball even on pitches buried inside.  Barreled several baseballs during live game play, doubling twice, singling twice, and also stealing several bases.  Extremely aggressive on the base paths, ran 4.43 on a groundout to short that was barreled.  Czerniejewski may prove to be the top hitter in the 2017 class when it is all said and done.  Defensively, impressed more in the outfield than in the infield with actions and athleticism.  Threw 85 mph from the outfield, and 81 mph from the infield.  Does everything at a fast pace and full go.  Played through the baseball with clean fluid actions in centerfield, showed same carry on throws at shortstop as well, shortening up arm action a bit.  Czerniejewski is a high level prospect to watch over the next several years.
