4/01/25
Wisconsin-Stout commit. Athletic, well-proportioned 6-foot-2, 180-pound frame. Batted leadoff and played first base for the Vikings. The right-handed hitter showed a mature approach and high-feel to hit throughout the game. He has a flat bat path, a simple approach that looks to keep the ball on a line, while using the whole field. He was also very aggressive on the basepaths and was not afraid to take second base with a left-hander on the mound. Marino also showed noticeable athletic actions on defense and real feel to play the position. He finished the day 3-for-4 with an RBI, two runs scored, and two stolen bases.

7/09/23

Standing at a high waisted and athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame with room for added strength as he physically matures. At the plate, Marino collected five hits over the course of the weekend including a double during a big moment in bracket play. Marino has a compact swing despite his long levers and is able to naturally leverage the baseball and drive the ball in the air. Defensively Marino played multiple spots in the outfield and was a reliable defender at each spot.
