2023 Puma Classic: An unsigned 18th-round pick of the Reds last summer, Pestka started this fall season with a bang, touching 99 mph in front of a large crowd of scouts at the Puma Classic at Grand Park in Westfield, IN. Committed to Tennessee, Pestka has Day One draft upside if he can consistently show out similar to the Puma where his slider flashed above average and also showed good feel for a curveball.
