Uncommitted. 6-foot-2, 210-pound, thick, strong-bodied, left-handed hitting first baseman. Hit in the five-hole and had a big day at the plate for the Redhawks. Finished 3-for-4 with a double, RBI and run scored. Was on the barrel in every single at-bat. His one out was a hard hit line-drive right at the center fielder. Simple overall approach and swing, minimal wasted movement. Advanced barrel control, used the whole field while flashing some power to the pull side with his double that went to the right-field wall. Also showed soft, receptive hands at first base making a tough, in-between hop scoop to complete a double play. Follow left-handed hitter in the 2023 class.
