10/15/17 - 6-foot, 170-pound left-handed hitting OF/LHP. At the plate hits from a crouched setup, handload to backside, average balance. Uphill swing path with effort. 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.07. Defensively plays thru the ball, quick footwork, plays fast. ¾ arm slot with a long arm action. Threw 80 mph from the outfield. On the mound works from a low ¾ to side arm angle. Tall and fall delivery working in line with home plate, effort in release. Upright finish. Fastball sat 74-78 topping out at 80 mph. SLider has sweeping action at 65-68 mph. Maintains arm speed on changeup at 75-76 mph for strikes, blends with fastball.
8/20/17 - 6-foot, 170-pound, average, wiry strong athletic frame. Shows to have fast twitch actions throughout.  A left-handed hitting outfielder, top tool is his overall athleticism and strength, played extremely hard the entire day. At the plate, the feet are even at shoulder width. The hands are set just below the back shoulder, with bat more in a vertical position. For timing has a longer load on the back side, gets weight loaded up on back leg, stride is minimal, swing is flat through the zone, with more of a pull approach. The tee exit velocity was very good at 94 mph, ran above average down the line at 4.21.  In game swings were good, collected two hits and reached base by error, forcing the infielders to rush because of his straight-line speed. Defensively, arm was clocked at 78 mph, arm path is slightly longer on the backside, feet showed to be quick, could long out lead leg, will help get throws down hill more, with helping everything to be on time better. Good looking athlete, high follow for me.

Home-First: 4.21

Exit Velocity: 94 MPH

Arm Velocity: 78 MPH
