Texas Tech commit, currently ranked No. 47 in the Illinois’ 2019 class. 6-foot-3, 190-pound, long-limbed, athletically-built infielder; plenty of room for continued physical development. Impressed throughout the day at the plate. Right-handed hitter, quiet, simple swing, stays short to the ball and controls the barrel. Flat through the zone, middle-of-the-field approach and made consistent hard contact throughout Day one. Went 3-for-4 in game one with a triple, two runs scored and an RBI. Was 4.50 on a turn and 4.47 on a groundout. In game two he went 2-for-4, including the game-winning two RBI single in the 10th inning. Defensively, smooth hands, easy actions and accurate arm across the diamond.

2.11.18 - Texas Tech commit. 6-foot-3, 185-pound, infielder; highly-projectable frame, long legs, plenty of room for continued physical development. Defensively, likely to grow into third base. Athletic defensive actions, confident soft hands, clean, quick transfer, loose arm, able to throw from multiple slot, throws are accurate and clocked at 83 mph. At the plate, right-handed hitter, wide setup, smooth quiet load and short stride. Long bat path, gets extension at times. 92 mph exit velocity from a tee. 7.15 runner in the 60, laser-timed.

7.16.17 - Verbally committed to Texas Tech.

3.17.17 - Currently ranked No. 13 in the Illinois Class of 2019. 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed hitting shortstop with a lanky, projecatbale frame. Defensively showed soft hands with above average arm strength across the infield. Accurate throws with carry. Fluid actions and footwork, projects to play third at the next level. At the plate hits from a wide base with a leg lift trigger and good balance. Uphill swing path with loose hands, generates whip.

7.26.16 - 6-foot-3, 170-pound infielder, lanky athletic frame, highly projectable build, plus upside frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, smooth loading action, short stride. Hands are loose and athletic, generates bat speed and path stays on top of the baseball, creates backspin. Gap to gap approach with fast bat and handles it well. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm carries across the diamond, 79 mph, loose high ¾ slot. Hands are soft and athletic with quick efficient exchange, plays through the baseball, moves well with advanced body control. 4.68 runner down the line. 3-for-5 in game play with a double. High follow 2019 prospect.

1.17.16 - High-ceiling prospect, shows potential to be highly coveted middle infielder in the Midwest. Highly projectable 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame; long, gangly limbs, freshman has yet to grow into his body. Fundamentally sound in all facets of the game. Offensively, shows advanced approach beyond his years. Hits from an athletic, balanced setup, mechanically quiet; utilizes small leg-lift trigger, creates and maintains rhythm and balance through contact. Loose athletic hands, generates easy barrel whip, level path, barrel stays flat through the zone. Currently has line-drive approach, but should acquire more power as he fills into his frame.  Defensively, shows advanced defensive actions; soft, reliable hands, plays through the ball well with athletic arm action; recorded 76 mph across the infield. Ran a 7.59 laser-timed 60.
