Quiet athletic setup, loose hands, flashes a pull side pop approach. 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. Went 3-for-3 in game play, barrel aware, stood out with the bat in game play. Defensively arm played short and over the top, carried to second, 77 mph out of the crouch. 1.93-2.04 pop times, easy athletic action out of the chute.

6/16/16 - 6-foot-1, 195-pound catcher, solid build with strength. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, loads hands back, short leg kick stride. Loose hands, hard lifted contact at times, hits off back side, flashed pop. Defensively arm action is short from an over the top slot, accurate arm with occasional carry, 74 mph out of the crouch. Easy actions out of the crouch, hands showed softness, athletic setup, ability to block. Pop times played at 2.04-2.11. 7.39 runner in the 60.

2/14/16 - 6-foot, 190-pound catcher, strong build, durable catcher’s make up. Offensively hits from a tall setup, narrow and open stance, slight leg lift stride back to square, rhythmic stride, good balance. Lower half works, athletic in the box. Pull side approach with pop, fast bat, some barrel control, has a presence. 88 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed softer hands, quick exchange, 2.00-2.11 pop times, one knee blocker. Arm played well, short and over the top, 77 mph out of the crouch. 7.24 runner in the 60.

2.16.15 - 5-foot-11, 165-pound, right-handed hitting catcher. In the field has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Quick feet and quick transfer. Popped 2.01-2.08 and threw 74 mph from the crouch. At the plate hits from a tall, open stance, with a short stride and average balance. Collapse backside on swing with an uphill path. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.71.
