OF/RHP Nicholas Whitford (Romeoville, 2025) is a two-way prospect to note. Whitford was on plane, consistently on time and lifting balls into the gaps throughout his round of BP. His furthest batted ball traveled 315’ and he topped at 82 mph from the outfield. On the mound he showed an above-average, high-spinning curveball that averaged 2465 rpm, T2522. Fastball topped at 80.9 mph with a distinct four-pitch repertoire.

Body: 5-9, 181-pounds. Sturdy, proportional frame.
Delivery: Hands rock over head, balanced leg lift into tall and fall, balanced finish, simple and repeatable.
Arm Action: RH. Shorter arm path, 3/4 slot.
