Short, clean arm action from a high 3/4 to over-the-top slot. Fastball, occasional running action, sat 78-80 mph. Curveball works 11/5 to 12/6, fastball arm speed, depth at times, 64-70 mph.
2.19.18 - 6-foot-2, 197 pound, strong, solid lower half, right handed pitching prospect. Tall and fall style, utilizes lower half well, level shouldered, in line to home, slightly closed landing, sturdy, athletic finish, fluid rhythm throughout. Short arm action, quick out front, high ¾ arm slot, easy effort throughout. Fastball showed run, sat 81-82 mph. Curveball had 11/5 shape, gradual break, 67-70 mph. Changeup, maintained arm speed, flasked some sink, 74-78 mph.
