5.8.17 - Southern Mississippi commit. Tall, athletic frame with high trim waist, muscular legs and long arms. Projectable with room to add on to his frame. Throws from a ¾ slot and from the first base side of the rubber.  On-line to the plate with a drop and drive delivery.  Short arm action out of the glove, fast arm, finishes out front and will fall to the first base side at times.  Fields his position and gets off the mound well.  Aggressive and goes after hitters with a three pitch mix.  Fastball was 84-86 mph, touching 87 mph in the first 4 innings and sat 82-85 from the fifth inning on. Gets good downward angle to his fastball and will get late run to it at times.  Mixed in a curveball that at times had sharp late 12-6 break with depth and at other times was slurvish. Showed feel for a changeup with good arm speed and fade to it.  Around the plate with all three pitches and showed the ability to throw the fastball to both sides of the plate on occasion. Was 1.36 to the plate with a high leg kick with a runner on base. Good athlete with a good pitchers body.  Threw a complete game four hitter, giving up one run that was unearned with eight strikeouts and one walk.

6.27.16 - 6-foot-7, 180-pound, highly projectable right-handed pitcher. Arm works short and out of a high 3/4 slot. Fastball sat 80-83 mph. Curveball, slows arm, 64-65 mph. Changeup flashed fade action and sat 72-73 mph.
