RHP Chris Kenzal (Saint Patrick, 2028) is a right-handed arm to follow from the 2028 class after the Illinois State Games. An athletic 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame. Easy, athletic delivery with a high leg lift into a directional drop and drive move. Clean, quick arm from a high ¾ slot. Kenzal ran the fastball up to 85 mph with ride (avg. 18.7 IVB) and sat 81-84 mph. Added a hard, gyro shape curveball at 75-77 mph. Completed his arsenal with a changeup at 74-77 mph with some depth. No hits allowed over 1 ⅔ innings pitched.
