CLASS OF 2026

+ From (4/23/26) - I saw Reynolds on a 2-for-4 night versus Franklin Central, a night where he picked up a pair of singles, popped out, struck out, and made routine look routine at short. He has added strength to a 6-foot-1, 195-pound frame over the offseason and holds an athletic look with still some room to add strength. His right-handed bat is the carrying tool. I have Reynolds as the top pure hit tool guy in the class, in similiar regards to Bowen, considering the above average bat speed that flashes, the excellent swing decisions he shows, and the exceptional bat-to-ball skills in which he possesses. The raw power doesn't wow, but I do think he is one of few that has equal raw to game power. For now, it is fringy, but I think there is above average power potential down the road. I did not get a run time on this night, but my grade is a tick above average in that department. The arm holds the same grade, and the glove is average on the pro scale. I have the future profile slated as a 2B or 3B at the pro/college level, and believe the bat is good enough to carry that profile. Indiana recruit. 18.6 at draft.

+ Aiden Reynolds is the No. 1 ranked 3B in the class and one of my favorite hitters to come through in my time with Prep Baseball. Point blank - Aiden can flat out hit. He steps to the dish with unwavering confidence and turns the barrel tight off the back shoulder with present bat speed. He is accurate with his on-plane barrel that produced exits over 100 mph and he averaged 93-plus throughout with backspun bullets from g2g. He is trending in the right direction as an athlete with explosive traits in the 6-foot-1, 195 pound frame. He turned in a 6.78 60-yard dash with an 89 mph arm across the diamond.

Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Lanky, athletic frame
Hit: RHH. Narrow setup with a controlled toe tap stride. Knob and front foot work in opposite directions during the loading process to create separation. Clean, upward path with tons of feel for the barrel. Quick hands - advanced bat speed for '26. Best '26 hitter in attendance.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 86.2 mph. 317' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-88 mph.Quick arm from a H 3/4 slot. Advanced arm strength for a '26.
Defense: Quick feet with feel for timing. Soft hands that work out front. Fluid actions overall - shows body control.
Run: 7.18 runner in the 60.

Aiden Reynolds, Noblesville, 2026, IN

Position: SS/3B

Body: 6-foot, 165-pound athletic build.

Hit: (RHH) Advanced. Began in a tall stance with a smooth load, then used a toe tap stride. Quick bat speed. Good extension on his finish, upward swing. Gap to gap approach.

Power: 85.9 mph exit velocity, average 81.2 mph.

Defense: (IF) Soft hands, fluid footwork, fluid exchange. Athletic.

Arm: 83 mph infield velocity. Short quick arm action, high ¾ slot.

Speed: 7.10 (60-yard).
