Strong well-defined athlete. Broad shoulders and sturdy strong lower half. Starts in the middle of rubber with a crossfire front leg to abbreviated mid belt hand separation. Takes ball out of glove early with a slight glove tap at top of his delivery. H ¾ arm slot with good range of motion to shoulder. He is a durable looking pitcher. Worked from the stretch with a pre-set turn. His athleticism showed good stamina and durability. Displayed a small recoil on landing, which will improve over time and awareness. He commanded his pitches despite small flaws. All are correctable and due to his strength and mental awareness as an athlete, he will continue to improve. Fine delivered a tight accurate spun CB with a late fade down action changeup. The slider displayed tight spin and down action. Fine was aggressive and confident, showed good mindset on the mound and was impressive.

Body: 6-foot-4, 190-pound projectable frame

Pitching: Projectable. Drop-and-drive delivery, some effort. ¾ arm angle, good arm speed, loose arm action. Strong balance point, even shoulders, lands soft, an upright finish.

FB: T87. 85-86 mph. Running action, arm side accuracy, tight movement. 

CB: 70-73 mph. Arm side command, 11/5 movement, tailing action. 

CH: 76-78 mph. Tailing action, arm side command, tight movement. 

SL: 73-74 mph. Sweeping action, glove side control, 1/7 movement. 

Brody Fine: RHP/3B, (2022) McCutcheon, IN. 6-foot-3, 190-pound projectable frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 86 mph. Started in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then used a toe tap just before his swing. Had level finish. Found some barrels through his round.  Pu side approach. While in the infield, made throws up to 81 mph; had smooth footwork. Showed a side slot with a loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.65. On the mound, tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. A consistent balance point. Lands open with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 80-81 mph with a max of 82 mph; had tailing action. changeup (73-76) shows low in the zone accuracy. He showed a 11/5 curveball (68-70).

Has a strong balance point and uphill shoulders before delivery. His fastball sat 80-81 mph and topped out at 82 mph; has some action. Low in the zone accuracy on curveball (65-66). He shows slight action on his sinking changeup (69-72). 

McCutcheon High School, Class of 2022; 6-foot-1, 190-pound RHP/3B. On the mound, has a quick arm action and uses his lower half well. He has a ton of command on his fastball. His curveball is sharp. While sequencing these pitches, he was able to keep hitters off balance and guessing. He was able to record outs consistently. His fastball came in at 78-81 mph with a max of 81 mph. He threw his curveball with consistency at 62-67 mph.
