Sollars did it all for Top Tier during their championship run, collecting five hits on the day at the plate while also picking up the win in the championship game. An athletic 6-foot two-way prospect with present strength throughout his frame. Sollars has a simple swing with high-end bat speed that helps him drive the baseball to all fields. Defensively, Sollars is a capable defender in center field, able to make a number of impressive plays using his feet and making the correct reads on fly balls. On the mound Sollars tossed a four-inning complete-game striking out seven batters. Sollars’ fastball sat in the 82-85 mph range with above-average spin rates (2300+ rpm) and spun a tight breaking ball 72-75 mph (2700+ rpm) with feel for the zone.
