Sophomore. Physical 6-foot-1, 220-pound frame with muscle attached throughout. The right-handed hitter had one of the more impressive rounds of BP on the day, working up to 98.6 mph for his max EV with an average of 90.3 mph. Above-average bat-strength, showing intent to lift to his pull-side and leaving the yard for a home run. Steady actions with deliberate footwork in the outfield, reaching up to 84 mph from a crow hop.

Athletic build at 6-foot-2, 195 pounds. Impressive right-handed stick. Balanced setup, slight leg-lift timing trigger with a smooth load. Short swing path, uphill swing plane. Quick hands through the zone, produces pull-side pop. Over rotation with the lower half. Recorded a top exit velocity of 93 with an average bat speed of 75mph. Average arm strength from the OF (82mph) with accuracy. Fluid footwork, clean exchanges. Ran a 7.37 in the 60.
Jasper High School, Class of 2022; 6-foot, 175-pound OF/RHP. At the plate, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 78 mph. Starts in a tall, open stance; uses a toe tap and rhythm in his hands. Has a line drive swing plane and a high, one-handed finish. From the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 82 mph. Shows good footwork, uses a long arm action and produces accurate throws. Clocked a 60 time of 7.69. On the mound, shows a high lead glove in his delivery. Uses his legs well to gain extra velocity; pulls down hard using his whole body. Shows a long and quick arm action. Locates his fastball tremendously while commanding his breaking ball as well. His fastball sat 80-83 mph with a max of 83 mph. His curveball (66-69 mph) had the most depth when he located it down by the hitter’s knees. He showed the ability to throw his changeup (71-73 mph) low in zone. Kept hitter off balance and dominated in the games by either overpowering hitters or creating weak outs.
