Hit: (RHH) Athletic. Started in a wide athletic stance with a high controlled load, then used a short stride. Quick bat speed. Line drive approach.

Defense: (IF) Next level hands, aggressive quick footwork, fluid exchange. Athletic. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally.
Arm: 87 mph infield velocity. Loose arm action, consistent accuracy.
Speed: 7.03 (60-yard).
MIF Medium build with athletic strong body. Solid frame to fill out in future. Evenly squared up stance at plate to start swing. High hand start to barrel, with short stride and load up. Shows quick hands and barrel control. Full swing on follow through after contact. Hits balls hard and loud. Showed soft hands and good range on defense. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash. Rusch has a full windup throw style to create velocity to throws. Good accuracy to throws. Showed an aggressive approach to plays and confidence in his arm.
