6-foot, 190-pound frame. Currently ranked No. 72 in Indiana’s 2024 class. Mulvehill picked a complete game in four innings Saturday afternoon while striking out five. Mulvehill operates through a high ¾ slot with a long, loose arm action with effort. Mulvehill utilizes a high leg lift with a drop/drive approach. Fastball sat in the low 80s, topping out at 83 mph with ASR. Mixed in a high 60s curveball that had sharp action.
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 6-0, 190-pounds. Strong build
Delivery: Feel delivery. Gradually builds pace in the delivery - controls the leg lift to the top of a strong balance point. Rides the back hip down the slope - drives down the mound with in-line shoulders. Lands square and finishes with balance.
Arm Action: LH. Compact arm swing - ball comes out of a high 3/4 arm slot.
FB: Slight ASR on the FB - good FB command
CB: CB flashes sharp - 2/8 shape, slurvey at times.
CH: Borderline plus, very accurate to arm-side & down in the zone. Thrown with FB arm speed.
