10/18/15: Physical 6-foot-4, 230 pounder ran a 8.66-60 and was 78 across the infield with some carry.  Plays through the baseball well with a clean exchange.  Offensively, the LHH hits from a slight crouch type setup, loads back.  Stride is short.  Average us of the lower half.  Possesses some bat speed with a slightly uphill swing plane.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 83 mph.   Consistent hard contact during BP.   

PITCHING-6-foot-4, 230 pounds pitches from a long, high ¾ arm action with above average arm speed.  Drop and drive delivery with some effort.  Uphill shoulders, good line to the plate.  Fastball was straight at 79-81.  Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape with gradual movement and thrown for a strike at 66-69.  Changeup has occasional sink at 72 mph.  

2/22/15:  6-foot-4, 240 pounds.  Average hands at 1B with slow feet.  Exchange was clean.  Plays through the ball well.  Across the diamond was 80 mph with carry.  At the plate the LHH hits from a slight crouch setup, hunched over.  Stride is short, tendency to spin off the ball.  Possesses average bat speed with an uphill path.  Recorded a high exit velo of 80 mph.  

PITCHING-6-foot-4, 240 pound right-hander comes at hitters from a long, ¾ arm delivery with average arm speed.  Loose arm action.  Shows some effort in the delivery.  Level shoulders and stays in line to the plate.  Fastball has some run with late action at 82-83 and thrown for a strike.  Sweeping 68-70 mph breaking ball was kept in the zone.  Changeup has some fade and thrown for a strike at 73-75.  

9/21/14: 6-foot-4, 235 pound sophomore possesses a big frame with wide shoulders.  Defensively showcased average hands.  Feet are heavy, but moves well for his size.  Big presence at 1B.  Offensively, the LHH starts balanced with a smooth load.  Stride is short with a quick bat.  Gets to extension from a level path showing pull-side power.  Registered an exit velo of 83 mph. RHP sat 78-80 with his fastball with slight run.  Pitches from a high ¾ slot with average arm speed.  Arm action is long with a slight wrap on the backside.  Tendency to fall off towards 1B side.  Curveball sat 64-67 with a 10/4 shape showing sharp break, but erratic in the zone.  Changeup was thrown near fastball arm speed at 70-74.
