Another standout backstop from the day, Braylon Dillon (Olathe North, 2028) impressed with his polish at the plate and upside behind it. Physically advanced at 6-foot, 165-pounds, the freshman showcased a simple, repeatable swing with more power to come, spraying line drives to all fields. He peaked at 94.9 mph with an impressive 91.7 mph average exit velocity. Defensively, Dillon showed a quick, clean transfer and solid arm strength, popping consistently between 2.04–2.15 with a 78 mph throw from the crouch. Dillon will be a name to keep an eye on in the years to come.
