8/14/16- 5-foot-10, 140-pound left-handed pitcher that threw two scoreless innings during game play. #18 ranked player in the 2018 class for Kansas. Athletic repeatable mechanics, clean long arm action on the backside with a buggy whip effect. Throws across his body creating difficult angle for hitters. Fastball sat in the 73-75 mph range with arm side run. Consistently around the strike zone. Also showed 64-67 mph breaking ball with good tilt across two planes.
6/2/15 - Scott is a 5'6 120-pound small framed left hand hitting outfielder and left handed pitcher from Blue Valley Northwest. Using a simple drop and drive motion and some effort had a max fastball 70 mph. Maintaining a balance point and short action, he landed mostly square with a recoil type finish. His Curve-ball looks like his fastball coming out of his hand with easy effort, from 59- 60 mph. Athletic and balanced, open stance with good bat path and exit velo of 72 mph, also had a double during game action.
