6'3" 175 lbs. athletic with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. The Arizona State recruit continued to show a high-level hit tool in last Thursday night's contest against Acadiana. We missed his first at-bat, which was an opposite field triple, but we were able to catch his second at-bat, which resulted in a double to RCF, which didn't surprise us, as Darrah peppered the opposite field at last summer's Future Games. Darrah finished the night 2-4 with 2 2B, R, and a RBI, and finished the weekend tournament with a HR and 4 2B's.

Positional Profile: UTILITY/3B Former Future Gamer.
Body: 6-3, 175-pounds. Athletic and projectable.
Hit: RHH. Starts in a taller and balanced stance with hands at shoulder height and draws them back during a simple load and stride. Direct pat to contact with level extension and a two-handed finish, keeps his head down on contact through his swing, tries to let the ball get deep, sometimes too deep, can hit the ball to all fields with gap to gap type doubles power.
Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 86.0 mph. 220' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-79 mph. OF-84 mph. Short arm action with a 3/4 release.
Defense: Received the ball clean and out front into his funnel, starts low and plays low to the ground, average actions and hands, profiles as a 2B on the dirt.
ATH: 6.81 runner in the 60. 1.66 and 3.79 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Body: 6-2, 165-pounds. Athletic with wide shoulders and narrow hips
Hit: RHH. Starts in an upright and balanced stance with hands held just below shoulder height and draws them back during a simple load and stride. Relaxed hands at the plate, inside out path through the ball with uphill extension and a two handed finish. Was at his best when he stayed through the middle of the field. Finished in his back leg balanced. 65.8 mph bat speed with 7 G�s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 88 max exit velocity, averaged 77.1 mph. 316' max distance.
Arm: RH.
ATH: 6.85 runner in the 60.

Body: 6-2, 165-pounds. Athletic and lean
Hits: RHH. Starts in an athletic, balanced and squared off stance, uses a simple load and stride to get to center Direct path to contact with a level two-handed finish, drives his back knee down through the ground and finishes in his legs balanced, collected a nice single up the middle in gameplay.
Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 80.6 MPH. 277' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-85 mph. Short arm action with a 3/4 release
Defense: Moved well in OF with long strides, played through everything athletically with good footwork.
Run: 6.81 runner in the 60.
