6/20/17 6-foot-1, 175 pound RHP with a projectable frame. Throws out of a low 3/4 arm slot and works at a quick tempo. Fastball was 81-83 MPH with arm side run, curveball was 66-67 MPH with some late break, and changeup was 72-73 MPH with sink.
2/12/17 6-foot-1, 170 projectable RHP has a wide shoulders and long limbs where he can easily add to his frame. On the mound works with an up tempo pace turning his left leg inwards prior to delivering from a low 3/4 arm slot using a loose arm action. Fastball shows late cutting action moving away from a right hand hitter. Curve showed a sweeping action 65-67 mph thrown with slower arm speed then his fastball. Engelkes showed good body control throughout his motion and consistently finished in a good fielding position while staying through every pitch.
