Luke Weinberger: OF/OF, (2023) Lakeland, MI. 5-foot-10, 165-pound. Began in a narrow stance with a handsy choppy load, then used a long stride. Bat speed is efficient, displays a long level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Pull side approach. Capable recorded an outfield position velocity of 78 mph; has choppy rhythmic footwork, and a lengthy developing exchange. Glovework was used out front one hand. Fielding: Creates a good throwing lane with his angles towards the ball. Fields off his right leg taking a vertical crow hop and throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. 

Hitting: Tall stance working his way to a lower crouch at the plate. Moves his hands back and strides with his front leg. Throws hands at the ball with good contact. Top of the order hitter.
