Sterling Sharp has perhaps the best upside in the 2013 class. Sharp, who is a good athlete, has a loose arm that produces a fastball that sits between 86-89 mph. Only 160-pound Sharp will add a considerable amount of weight and strength and should see a jump in velocity. Additionally he throws his breaking ball for strikes.
