6-foot-6, 215-pound right-handed pitcher. Long and projectable young frame. Rocker step into controlled leg lift. Swings open down mound with good direction. Average tempo with good balance. Throws from a lower ¾ arm slot with a short arm action. Fastball has cut action thrown at 77-81 mph. Slider has 11/5 break with average shape and depth thrown at 66-70 mph. Change-up is flat.
6-foot-5, 215-pound right-handed hitting pitcher. Above avg. frame on mound with length and developing strength. Controlled rocker step into higher tucked balance point, swings front leg down mound and lands slightly across body, short draw out of glove with short arm action and is clean out front. Fastball was 82-83 mph with varying run and cut action and flashes of life. Small break on curveball with inconsistent shape and spin. Avg. feel for changeup with firm running action and occasional sink.
3/17/18- 6-foot-4, 182-pound right-handed hitting pitcher. Long lean projectable frame. Short rocker step into higher athletic balance point, reaches across body with land foot, compact arm action, shows extension to plate on release. Fastball was 79-80 mph with varying action to plate. Breaking ball was inconsistent but arm path is shorter which will allow him to find release point and develop feel. Commands changeup well with good feel for zone and above avg. fade. Strong follow in 2021 class.
