1B Grayson Harris (Fort Osage, 2025) regularly repeated hard contact on Sunday, leading this event in average exit velocity (89.1 mph) and recording one of the day’s highest peak marks (92 mph) as well. Harris posted an 87.5% sweet-spot rate, 75% line drive rate, and a 50% hard-hit rate - all of which were amongst the day’s best. The 6-foot-2, 230-pound sophomore also ran a 3.92 30-yard dash and got off the line quickly, posting a 1.66 10-yard split.

Delivery: Side step begins delivery, lead leg lifts to a tall set at balance point, sits onto the backhip some and engages downhill in a drop/drive pattern. Front toe lands closed, finishes towards the first base side.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm draw with length on the backside, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T80, 77-80 mph. Straight action, strikes. T2060, 1966 average rpm.

Hits: RHH. Open upright stance, narrow base, hands start high and slot low at load, toe-tap trigger into a short stride. Loose at the plate with strong hands, simple swing, short to the baseball and stays level through the zone. Hard off the barrel and stayed up the middle. Works in rhythm, repeats.
