Positional Profile: RHP Strong right-hander with an advanced slider. A name to know in his class.
Body: 6-foot-0, 185-pounds. Sturdy, well-proportioned build; built in his lower half.
Defense: Active feet, athletic in the field, steady hands, quick to release, strong body control, plays through the baseball.
Arm: RH. INF - 83 mph. Short arm action, 3/4 slot; quick draw.
Hit: RHH. Relaxed, athletic setup, slight leg lift trigger, short stride. Bat travels in a long, uphill path through the zone.
Power: 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Present raw power.
Run: 7.28 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Feet start narrow towards first base side of rubber, drop/drive type delivery, strong balance point, level shoulders, works in line with his target, athletic finish through release, has a certain moxey to him on the mound, easy effort.
Arm Action: RH. Long, loose arm action, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T87, 85-86 mph. Straight movement, more left in the tank, strikes.

Haley has a solid build at 5-foot-11, 174 pounds. He is a right-handed hitting middle infield prospect and right-handed pitcher out of Rockwood Summit HS. At the event he ran a 7.35 second 60 and a 4.52 home-to-first. During batting practice, Haley posted an exit velocity of 87 mph, athletic stance, pre-pitch rhythm with hands, reverse toe tap, in line stride, aggressive with back hip, flat bat path, hard line drive contact and pull pop during round. Defensively, athletic actions on the infield, clean exchanges, accurate with throws, fluid footwork, clean arm action, positional velo of 80 mph. On the mound, Haley has an athletic and controlled delivery, picks up momentum as he works down the mound, loose arm action from a three-quarter slot, kept hitters off balance with effective command of his fastball and curveball, easy and repeatable delivery. Fastball sat 81-83 mph at the event with life, thrown for a high percentage of strikes, curveball is 68-72 mph, late movement with 11-to-5 shape, good feel for the pitch, changeup is 72-76 mph, near fastball arm speed.
6/12/18 - Haley is a 5-foot-10 160-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. He ran a 7.44 60 and a 4.83 home to first. He has an 85 mph exit velocity. At the plate, athletic set up, toe tap to load, minimal hand movement, loose bat whip, shows range in swing path, feel for the barrel, hands work inside the ball, gap to gap approach. On the infield, 75 mph positional velocity, short over the top arm slot, quick catch and throw, fluid footwork with clean exchange, stays under control with athletic actions, projection in build and actions. On the mound, Haley throws with regular effort, smooth tempo, high three quarters arms slot, athletic delivery, throws in a downhill plane, fastball at 79-80 mph, breaking ball at 68-70 mph, 11-to-5 shape, late brake, starts on same plane as fastball, swing and miss potential, projection in build and arm action to go along with already good command.
