Sunday’s trip to Kansas City gave our staff another look at one of the top prospects in the state in INF/C Troy Fisher (Liberty North, 2026; Arkansas signee). An explosive athlete who consistently performs in each look, Fisher’s power was on full display once again as he set a new personal best with a 104.4 mph peak exit velocity and a 93.3 mph average exit velocity from a polished right-handed swing that looks to elevate and do damage. He also fired a 90 mph bullet across the diamond while showing athletic, confident actions on the infield.

Body: 6-3, 198-pounds. Long athletic frame with room for added strength.
Hit: RHH. Tall even setup with a balanced base, weight centered, and active hands. Uses a short leg lift trigger gaining ground forward. Compact flat path through the zone, some barrels, power present. 73.8 mph bat speed with 19 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 104 max exit velocity, averaged 93.3 mph. 333' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-90 mph. Short stroke from a 3/4 slot.
Defense: Athletic calculated actions defensively.

INF Troy Fisher (Liberty North, 2026) is a projectable 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior to know from this event. Packed with tools on both sides of the ball, Fisher shined at the plate Tuesday, posting a 100.9 mph peak exit velocity with a 94 mph average while also sending his best ball 350 feet. His arm played true across the diamond producing a max infield velocity of 84 mph. With a 7.03 60 time to pair, Fisher has the athleticism and tools to stick on the left side of the infield or be a factor in a corner outfield spot.
