Average frame with some length at 6-foot-1, 150 pounds. Limited to 80-85% in this pen as he continues his throwing program. Arm shows some quickness working through a scapular load to get to a ¾ slot. Medium arm swing has looseness. There is some effort fighting for a consistent release. Level through the delivery, the rhythm is choppy creating some timing issues in the release. Fastball ranged 72-74, occasionally cutting to the glove side. Breaking ball is erratic but sharp at times at 60-61. The more he threw the more they landed. Tilt ranged from 1/7 to 2/8 and occasionally sweeping through the zone. Change-up is still developing at 65-70, but it does work with similar hand speed to the fastball.
