11/03/19

Average frame with length present at 6-foot-3, 175 pounds.  Small rocker and pivot on the 1B side of the rubber.  Lifts to the belt, closing down the front side and showing a small turn over the rubber.  Hands separate from the belt to a long arm swing and over-the-top slot.  Level throughout, lands across his line with a closed foot at foot-strike.  Some head clearance for the slot as he falls slightly to the 1B side of the mound.  Fastball has occasional run at 77-80.   Average arm speed works through a little stiffness as he separates.   Gradual 11/5 tilt on the breaking ball, ranging 61-67.  Front side tends to be early on the breaking ball creating a bit of a casting action.  Change-up works with good arm speed, creating slight fade to the arm side at 67-68.  Inconsistent feel for the change.  Frame and length suggest good projection.  As strength is added, the arm speed could take his stuff up several notches.
