Physical: Large / powerful 6-foot-4, 215-pound frame with advanced physicality throughout the movements. 7.07 runner in the 60-yard dash. Offensively: RHH. Wide, slightly bent stance with control in the setup, the hands started with slight rhythm out in front of the shoulder as the barrel showed minor rhythm. Utilized a quick lift and replace stride into a heel raise upon footstrike, the hands jolted through an efficient, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone with plenty of juice at impact. Demonstrated present sink into the lower half creating good ground power coupled with solid lower half rotation in the box. Matched pitch plane early and often with the hands allowing for lift towards the LF wall during batting practice, pull-side approach and impressive leverage throughout a standout round. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 96 mph per Trackman Baseball with a maximum batted ball distance of 347 feet, generated a 24.60 mph top hand speed according to Blast Motion showing off the short time to contact he possesses. Defensively: The first baseman featured a medium-low center of gravity on the approach, fielded off of the middle of his body with a soft glove hand, funneled into the belly button with feel for an accurate, high ¾ arm-slot on throws across the diamond (natural carry). Quality footwork around the bag with a feel for his position. INF - 79 mph Pitching: RHP - Started from the left side of the rubber with an average pace in the delivery, side rocker step into a medium leg lift with repeatability to it, impressive backside leg drive with connection to the right hip throughout each pitch, gets over the front side well with a quick, high intent release from a high ¾ slot. FB ranged from 83-84 mph playing heavily into the zone with downhill plane, got an upwards of 2145 spin per Trackman Baseball, mixed a quality 69-71 mph breaker with 11/5 shape and showed occasionally as an out pitch. Countered with a 73-74 mph CH featuring depth to it and arm-side fade. 


Physical: 6-foot-4, 210 pounds; big, physical frame. 6.97 runner in the 60.

 Offensively: RHH. Upright, wide base; medium leg kick. aggressive with plus bat speed, flat bat path; 10 degree bat angle into the zone via Blast Motion. Dymond is able to produce 14.9 G’s of force with an on-plane efficiency of 64%.  Hard, consistent contact to the pull side; average Trackman exit velocity of 89 MPH; peak exit velo was 97 MPH.

Defensively: Upright but active pre pitch; lets the ball get to him, moves well for his size. Solid hands, will sometimes stab at the ball, smooth transfer; Quick arm swing with a 3/4 slot.  INF - 81 MPH. 

Pitching: Sets up in the middle of the rubber and uses a slow side step to get into a deliberate delivery where he gets into his backside well. Short take back with a high 3/4 arm slot. FB: T 83 MPH, 80-82 MPH. Shows some arm side run . CB: 66-68 MPH. Short, early breaking. SL: 74-77 MPH. Short-breaking, one plane. CH: 72-73 MPH. Late fade. 


Physical: 6-foot-4, 210-pounds. Strong, physical frame; projectable; solid.
Run: 7.1 runner in the 60. Stays inline; athletic actions for his size.
Hit: RHH. Wide, slightly open stance; little bag wiggle; hands stay back past back shoulder and level; small stride/leg kick Level path to the ball; high two-handed finish; line drives pull side.
Power: 82 MPH raw exit velocity. Showed power; need more consistency, but puts a good charge into the ball.
Defense: Fundamental footwork around the bag; fields the ball out front; hop step for timing the ball; calm and controlled when approaching the ball.
Arm: Short and quick arm action; 3/4 slow. INF - 80 MPH.

Pitching Delivery: Works with tempo, high leg lift with hands in relaxed position, builds momentum and accelerates into a strong balanced follow through.
Arm Action: Long, clean arm action dropping out of the glove building arm speed to a 3/4 slot .
FB: T84, 82-84 MPH. Controls for strikes, ball rides through the zone.
CB: 68-71 MPH. 11-5 shape with early action.
SL: 76-77 MPH. Late, sharp break with some down action.
CH: 73-76 MPH. Maintains arm speed with arm side fade.


Dymond has a big strong projectable frame. Offensively, stands in the box in a tall stance with feet shoulder width apart. Simple load actions. Quick direct path to the baseball with a slight lift at the point of contact. Dymond showed off his power potential with consistent hard contact to the pull side. Dymond gets good use of his lower half. Dymond recorded an 83 exit velocity off the tee. Defensively, the 1B displayed active footwork during the defensive workout. Gets in a low wide base when fielding the baseball. Smooth exchange to a quick release from a high ¾ arm slot. On the mound, Dymond displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable arm. Pitches from a high ¾ arm slot with a loose arm action. Worked with a three pitch mix. FB peaked at 77 MPH, CB ranged from 63-65 MPH and CH range was 68-69 MPH. The 2022 graduate is a must follow.
