Top exit velocity was 89 MPH. Defensively- Showed active footwork. Above average funnel actions. Moves well side to side. Shows a smooth exchange to a quick release from a mid ¾ arm slot. Top throwing velocity was 73 MPH. Pitching- Displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable arm. Works mainly from the left side of the rubber. Takes his time to gather himself to a balanced backside. Uses a high knee lift into an early hand separation. Drives downhill on plane. Shows good FB command. Level swing that produces consistent line-drive contact. Shows a natural feel for finding the barrel. Hits the ball hard with ease. Exit Velocity was 87 MPH. Defensively - Quick and soft feet at 3B. Maintains control of his body while transitioning from fielding into throwing. Low 3/4 release point. Arm action on throwing motion is still a little long but Arm Strength has gone up to 75 MPH. Pitching - Balanced delivery with consistent direction towards his target. Keeps weight over backside as he gets into landing. Strong lead leg allows him to get quality extension on all of his offerings. FB was consistently 75-76 MPH and topped at 77. Shows heavy life. CB has 11/5 shape in the 64-66 MPH range. Manipulates his CB effectively, it should develop into an above average pitch. The baseball skills are starting to catch up to Bernard Jr's impressive physical talent.

Exit Velocity was 85 MPH. Defensively -Handles glove hand well when fielding. Light on his feet. Shows body control moving laterally. Long arm action that could shorten up to better suit a corner infield spot. 72 MPH arm strength. Pitching - Strong and durable pitching build. Low effort and controlled actions. Consistently repeats his motion. Arm is long and loose from a ¾ slot. FB was 77-78 MPH with downward plane and heavy life. CB has 11/5 shape at 66-68 MPH. Shows quality feel for the pitch; effectively tunnels it with his FB. Overall, big, strong and physical baseball player with good actions and a high ceiling.

Plenty of time for arm to continue to develop to stay at 3B. Pitching - Sets up in the middle of the mound and throws from a low ¾ arm slot. Fastball sat 71-73 MPH, CB was 62-64 from more of a ¾ arm slot; moved across the zone with more of a slider /slurve feel. Delivered more consistent strikes from the the stretch position. Simplification of wind up mechanics may improve and add to his velo. Promising young player with plenty of time to develop.
