Physical: High-waisted, projectable 6-foot, 165lb frame with athleticism found. 7.06 runner in the 60-yard dash. 

Offensively: LHH - Balanced, calm setup at shoulder-width as the hands operated with some rhythm to start. Utilized a short leg hang stride out towards the pitcher, initiating the bat head through an accurate, flat path with some separation at footstrike. Launched hard contact to the pull-side with ability to lift during batting practice (30% fly ball rate, 50% hard hit rate via Trackman) working up to a near 350 foot batted ball distance at his peak. Easy doubles power with occasional home run juice down the line in RF; mature approach that carried over to game action getting healthy rips off on early count FB’s. Quick bat and will hold down a middle of the order role moving forward, notching a T94 mph bat-exit velocity. 

Defensively: The outfielder featured easy actions during defensive evals, beating the ball to the spot with active feet and good reads off the bat. Kept the chest downhill, gaining pace/momentum and funneled softly off the left side; released with some fluidity through H ¾ on accurate throws to the target (82 mph arm). 

Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle, left side of the rubber using gradual, momentum building pace in the delivery; got down the slope on time with some quickness/athleticism into footstrike, repeating a rhythmic, traditional H ¾ slot with consistency out in front. The FB ranged from 77-79 mph with strike-throwing abilities, moving it around at the bottom of the zone. Added a short, commanded 67-69 mph CB with some late shape across the plate.

Physical: 5-foot-11, 155 pounds; slight, lean frame. 7.62 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Upright stance with hands set lower than the shoulder, keeps hands active; a small toe tap back to initiate movement in the load, hands work back to the catcher. Low effort lower half, rolls the hips through on foot strike with level swing path from the arm bar he sets during the load phase, stays on plane well throughout the swing. Shot the ball to all parts of the field easily, displayed the ability to effectively take the outside pitch the other way; peak Trackman exit velocity of 87 MPH.
Defensively: SS/OF: Tall stance with some bend in the knees / Upright set up with glove side foot in front of the other; SS/OF: Takes prep steps during pre pitch and stays light on his feet, moves to the ball and lets it travel to him / Tracked the ball well off the bat with some quick steps. SS/OF: Fields in the center of his body and funnels to the waist with a good transfer / Fields on glove side foot out in front and works through a crow hop into a smooth transfer; short, whippy arm action from a low 3/4 slot. INF - 78 MPH. OF - 82 MPH.

Physical: 5-foot-11, 150 pounds; long, wiry frame. 7.37 runner in the 60.

 Offensively: LHH. Upright stance with slight bend in the knees and hands starting down in front of the shoulder; gains ground with low leg hang and stride while hands load straight back. Strong effort lower half hitting into a stiff front side with quick into the zone with a flat path and 64% on plane efficiency. Consistent hard contact through the middle and pull side with developing power; peak Trackman exit velocity of 91 MPH.

 Defensively: Uses prep step; athletic footwork playing through the ball routinely. soft glove fielding the ball in front; short arm action throwing from the ear.  INF - 75 MPH.

 Pitching: Fundamental, compact delivery with balance through the release . short arm action to a clean 3/4 release. FB: T 78MPH, 77-78 MPH. Life out of the hand with a Bauer Unit up to 28 (MLB avg is 24) and up to 19.6 inches vertical rise and a max of 10.3 inches arm side run. CB: 63-65 MPH. 11-5 shape with advanced spin of 3741 rpm; 4.2 inches max vertical and 8.5 inches horizontal movement . SL:  MPH. good sell with arm side fade. CH: 65-68 MPH.

Physical: 5-foot-11, 145-pounds. Tall, lanky frame.
Run: 7.43 runner in the 60.
Hit: LHH. Tall, upright stance, hands even with shoulders with a level bat, brings hands back on load along with a small stride to the pitcher Barrel stays level to and through the point of contact and to finish, barrel direct to the ball, hands quick through the zone.
Power: 81 MPH raw exit velocity. Hard, consistent contact to pull side.
Defense: Approaches the ball upright and gets low with the ball, smooth footwork fielding the ball slightly off-center on his back foot.
Arm: Medium arm swing with a low 3/4 slot. INF - 73 MPH.

Pitching Delivery: Steady pace, Leg lift just above the waist into a short stride in line with target; low effort, repeatable follow through.
Arm Action: Medium arm swing to a consistent 3/4 release.
FB: T78, 76-78 MPH. Downhill plane with arm side run.
CB: 64-65 MPH. 11-5 shape with some depth.
CH: 68-69 MPH. Good arm speed with late fade.

Offensively- the left handed hitter stands in the box in a tall stance. Short simple load actions. Displayed hard consistent contact to the pull side during batting practice at the Top Prospect Games. Defensively- Fulton worked out at third. Fulton fields the baseball slightly in an upright position. Takes his time to gather himself when making the throw across the diamond. Throws from a mid ¾ arm slot. On the mound, the right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Fulton works off a high knee lift and smooth early hand separation. FB has natural arm side run. Fulton worked with a two pitch mix in live game action.
