Physical: Strong, projectable 6-foot-3, 190lb frame with some athleticism and feel found on the bump.

Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle/left side of the rubber showing funk to the delivery; short side rocker into a higher, hip-coiled stack position, breaking early with a subtle stab before rotating violently and athletically into footstrike at H ¾ slot. Kept hitters off time, pounding the bottom of the zone at a heavy 80-82 mph (50% zone rate via Trackman) and added a sharp, swing/miss 66-68 mph CB at 2320rpms (21 inches HM max) that dodged barrels in advantage counts. Mixed a solid 76-78 mph CH as the third offering, showing deception out of the hand and good sell.

Physical: 6-foot-3, 175 pounds; long, lanky, projectable frame. 7.33 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Upright, slightly closed stance with hands starting in front of back shoulder; Short up and down stride while hands load to back side of shoulder. Strong effort from the lower half with some drift into a strong front side with Strong hands with a flat path through the zone with lift after contact to a 1 hand finish.  hard line drive contact through the middle and pull side ; peak Trackman exit velocity of 85 MPH.
Defensively: Walks into ready position; Active foot work playing through the ball routinely. soft glove fielding the ball in middle of the body with seamless transfers; quick arm action to a low 3/4 release.  INF - 79 MPH.
Pitching: Builds momentum with a high leg lift and coil before sitting into the back side with a lean over the belt and striding out in line to a flat back follow through with a recoil. Hands pulls down and back out of the glove with a hesitation before whipping through a low 3/4 release. FB: Peak velo of 84 MPH, while sitting 82-84 MPH. Has life and plus arm side run (up to 22.7" horizontal movement) through the zone. CB: 65-68 MPH.  Sharp, slurvy 10-4 action with up to 6.6" vertical drop and 19" horizontal break. CH: 72-75 MPH. Good hand speed with arm side fade up to 14.7".

Physical: 6-foot-2, 162-pounds. Lean, projectable frame.  4.52 home-to-1B.
Offensively: RHH. Relaxed, upright stance, hands start at shoulder level, uses a small stride for timing Hands are quick to the ball and get out in front, direct barrel path, swing finishes high with a coil finish. Lots of hard contact to pull side. 79 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Starts low and moves low, fields the ball out in front and slightly off-center on his back foot, shuffles to release. Medium arm swing with a low 3/4 arm slot.  INF - 80 MPH.
Pitching: Builds momentum with a high leg lift, lower half coils, stays tall as hand separates and leg drops before striding down in line to a repeatable release and balanced, flat back follow through before the arm recoils. Drops straight down out of the glove with a hitch, whippy low 3/4 slot. FB: T79, 77-79 MPH. Arm side run with life into the zone. CB:  MPH. SL: 68-69 MPH. Slurve, early break with back door action; tight break to glove side when keeps arm speed. CH: 70-71 MPH. Keeps hand speed with arm side sink.

Gleason had an impressive outing at the 2019 Fall Top Prospect Games. The 6-foot-2 right handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery. Gleason pitches from a mid 3/4 arm slot and natural whip. FB peaked at 78 MPH and showed feel for a CH down in the zone. The 2022 graduate has upside and is a must follow.

Gleason stands in at 6-foot-0, 130-pounds with an athletic frame. Ran a 8.24 – 60. Offensively- Righty sets up square to the pitcher with a good trigger to get into the hitting position. Tends to drop hands and dive over the plate, which would be corrected by being more upright and keeping the eye level the same. Does make consistent contact and will be more effective with added strength and reps as he gets older. Recorded an exit velocity of 67 MPH. Defensively- Comes through the baseball well. Good throwing motion throughout the crow hop. Could use more of a higher arm slot, and downhill throwing motion from the outfield. Moves well to the ball with good footwork. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 72 MPH. Pitching- Sets up in the middle of the rubber with a high leg kick into his power position. Gets good separation with a smooth push down the mound. Shows loose arm action with a low ¾ arm slot using repeatable mechanics. Fastball range was 69-70 MPH and peaked at 70 MPH with arm side run. Change up showed good sinking action and was 64-65 MPH.
