Pitching: Sets up on the first base side of the rubber, simple, deliberate windup with a high leg kick, gets downhill, repeatable actions. moderate take back with a 3/4 arm slot. FB: Peak velo of 87 MPH, while sitting 85-86 MPH. Locates with arm side run. CB: 71-73 MPH. 11-5 shape with some depth. CH: 72-74 MPH. FB arm speed with late fade.
Physical: 6-foot-2, 150-pounds. Tall, wiry frame with potential to add size and strength.
Pitching Delivery: Steady pace, stays in line; easy effort with a balanced, repeatable delivery.
Arm Action: Long, clean arm action with no restrictions; 3/4 release.
FB: T83, 81-83 MPH. Elevates with ride through the zone.
CB: 68-70 MPH. 11-5 shape with depth.
CH: 74-75 MPH. Late arm side fade with good speed differential.

Displayed a flat bat path throughout the hitting zone. Stays balanced throughout his swing. Top exit velocity 83 MPH. Defensively- Sits back on the baseball. Shows above average funnel actions. Takes time to gather himself before making plays. Throws from a mid ¾ arm slot. Top throwing velocity 79 MPH. On the mound Tobia's frame screams projectability. Compact delivery with a moderate arm swing from a high 3/4 slot. Impressive effort in his stint, pounding the zone at 80-82 MPH with the ability to land his CB in the zone at 64-66 MPH. High ceiling righty that will continue to add velocity.
A lean 6-foot-0, 136 pounds. Ran a 7.61 60 yard dash. Offensively- Stands in the box with a tall stance and loose hands before attacking the baseball. Drops hands before entering the hitting zone. Slight lift at the point of contact. Consistent hard contact during the batting practice portion. Exit velocity was 80 MPH. Defensively- Active footwork. Moves well laterally. Smooth exchange when fielding the baseball. Quick release to a high ¾ arm slot. Top throwing velocity was 76 MPH across the diamond. Pitching- Works mainly from the left side of the rubber. Repeatable delivery. Smooth hand separation from a balanced backside. Displayed an easy arm and command with two pitches around the zone. FB peaked at 79 MPH with late life. CB has a tight spin and ranged from 63-68 MPH.
Stands a lean 6-foot-0, 136-pounds with room to develop physically. Slightly open stance, upright in the box. Hands start low and relaxed, short to the ball, slightly uphill path, consistent contact, 76 exit velo. At SS attacks the ball head on, lets the ball get deep into his stance, throws from a high ¾ slot with 72 mph arm-strength across the diamond. Pitching – lean and lanky, high knee lift, lands slightly closed down the mound, arm-action is shorter in the back, quick out in front hand-speed, fastball sits 77-79 mph, CH 66-69 with arm-side fade. CB 62-63 wit side-to-side action.
