Offensively- Slightly open stance with a quiet take back for his timing; compact into the zone with an elevated one-handed finish. Flashes some juice from the pull side gap to the LF line. Will hit for average and power; raw exit velocity was 91 MPH off the tee. Defensively- A front line defender with an accurate arm that stays on a line with a peak velocity of 77 MPH. Pop times ranged from 1.99-2.07. Strong in the dirt and has a solid overall feel for the game in front of him.

Checks in at 5-foot-10 190 pounds and ran a 7.39 60. Offensively- Spread setup, quiet take back with toe tap for stride. Creates leverage through the zone with a middle of the field approach. Exit velocity peaked at 86 MPH, 1 MPH off of his personal best. Balanced, repeatable stroke that will hit for average along with some pop. Defensively- Compact setup and stays that way out of the chute. Clean with transfer showing consistent arm strength with carry. Arm strength at  74 MPH with pop times at an impressive 1.92-1.98. Consistent efforts since day one, high-end projection.

Physical 5-foot-10 190 pound catcher from Fairport HS. Offensively- Even setup with weight pre-loaded; lifts barrel from flat to elevated for timing along with a quiet toe-tap. Quick hands into the zone; compact stroke with extension post contact. Showed the ability to stay on the line through the middle but yet turn middle in. Exit Velocity was 80 MPH. Defensively- One of the front line backstops in the state with his pop time range of 1.96-2.08 and arm velocity peaked at 74 MPH. Throws stay on a line out of the hand and are on the bag.

Athletic catcher at 5-foot-10 185 pounds who hits from the right side. Offensively- Explosive through the zone, peppering the gaps. Strong lower half feeds into bat speed. Exit velocity peaked at 87 MPH. Defensively- Flashed some above average arm strength today at 78 MPH. Around the bag results with a pop time ranging 1.98-2.01.

Academic Games (June 3, 2017)

5-foot-10, 170-pound athletic catcher; registered a home to first time of 4.38. Offensively - Balanced swing with an exit velocity of 80 MPH, efficient load, makes him short to the ball and consistent line drive hitter with some power, consistently barrels up with gap power. Hit a homerun over the extended fence in LF during the scrimmage. Middle of the lineup type projection. Defensively- Registered pop time ranging from 1.96-2.00. Accurate arm with on the bag throws, quick, consistent release to second, gets good carry, blocks well, squares up the ball, quick feet, when he gets bigger and stronger he will improve. Player to follow.
