6-foot-1, 165-pound. Raw in the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 80 mph. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a toe tap. Bat speed is average and shows a flat rotational swing plane. Line drive approach. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 75 mph; showed a quick twitchy exchange, consistent hands, and athletic feet. Solid from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 77 mph; showed athletic choppy feet, and consistent hands. Recorded a time of 7.8 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic on the mound, used a loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle while showing good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses decent effort. Lands square with an athletic finish. Curveball (67-68 mph), changeup (72-74 mph), slider (70-73 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 79-82 mph.
Body Type: 6-foot, 155-pound thin and athletic frame.
Delivery/Mechanics: Athletic delivery that stays connected well. Arm works with loose action, and stays on time with his lower half.
Fastball: Very good control with his fastball that works to both sides of the plate. Ranges from 74-77mph.
Curveball: Spins it well with loopy action that is still a developing secondary pitch to his fastball. Ranges from 68-69mph.
Changeup: Has pretty good feel for the pitch, but it's still developing into a secondary pitch for him. Ranges from 66-67mph.
