C/RHP, (2025) Defiance, OH. 5-foot-10, 160-pound. Begins in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Behind the plate, he recorded a position velocity of 73 mph during throw downs; had consistent footwork, a natural transfer, and sure hands. displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.93-2.01 pop time. Some flexibility and calm setup. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2103; Avg 1991). Shows some swing and miss action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 1949; Avg 1682).
RHP/SS, (2023) Defiance, OH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound. Solid on the mound, showing some arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Displays in line shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands closed with recoil finish. Threw his fastball 85-87 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2122; Avg 1921). Throws a 11/5 curveball (70-73) that has some sweeping action. (Max spin 2348; Avg 2131).
Body Type: 5-foot-7, 125-pound thin frame.
Swing Mechanics: Leg kick load that has a bat tip, and gets in sync well with his hands.
Hit: Downhill bat path with a middle of the field approach. Works inside the baseball, and swings with intent.
Power: Line drive guy right now.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Field: Plays with active feet in the infield. Ball skills are above average for his class.
Throw: Over the top with a lot of intent, and has loose whippy arm action. Good arm strength.
Defensive Projection: MIF.
Body Type: 5-foot-7, 125-pound thin and athletic frame.
Delivery/Mechanics: Athletic delivery with an arm that remains loose and fast.
Fastball: Throws it with intent, but is still developing control over it. With physical maturation, he will add more velocity. Ranges from 66-70mph.
Curveball: Spins it with more depth over break. Throws it with intent, and has the chance to be a very good secondary pitch. Ranges from 56-59mph.
Cgangeup: Has pretty good feel for the pitch, but it is still developing into a secondary pitch for him.
Pitchability: Developing.
