Scouting Notes:One of the top arms we saw in the two-days span. Good athlete who ran a 6.8. Explosive delivery with a fastball up to 89 mph. Slider was nasty at times and changeup was more than playable. Also spun a breaking ball with more up and down action that was very sharp. Should get his fair share of attention offer this outing.
Fastball:87-89 mph.
Fastball Spin Rate:1854-2045
Curveball:73-74 mph, 83-84 mph with the slider.

2/17/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Aggressive release with a ton of back side tilt engaging his lower half using a pull down approach.
Fastball: Heavy, true through the zone with some zip at 85mph.
Curveball: 11/5 break with little depth and average bite.
Changeup: Shows potential while living low in the zone with arm side fade/sink at 77mph.
2/17/20 Position Player
Hit: Simple, fluid motions in the box. Starts out in a balanced setup. Incorporates an inward turn loading mechanism. Hands burst quickly through the zone.
Power: gap to gap pop. More juice to come as he continues to fill out.
Offensive Projection: Middle of the lineup.
Field: Above average foot and glove skills in the outfield. Attacks the ball with intent.
Throw: Long and loose arm action through a ¾ slot. Above average arm.
Defensive Projection: Corner OF.
Body type: 6-foot-3, 195-pound thin and athletic frame.
Swing mechanics: Simple load with his lower half that gets in sync with a bat tip.
Hit: Produces above average bat speed with a downhill bat path.
Power: Pop gap to gap.
Offensive projection: Middle of the lineup guy.
Field: Shows athletic actions and looks like a reliable defender in the outfield.
Throw: Clean transfer, shows some carry on throws from with outfield with good arm strength for his age.
Defensive Projection: Could play all outfield positions.
Body Type: 6-foot-3, and 195-pound strong projectable frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Clean and efficient delivery, uses a short arm action working out of a ¾ slot with moderate effort.
Fastball: At 82-84 mph the fastball is mostly straight with occasional run when thrown to the arm side.
Changeup: Thrown with fastball like arm speed, at 75-77 mph the pitch shows some late fade.
Slider: Works out of fastball slot. The pitch has short late bite at 70-72 mph. Potential to be a swing and miss pitch in the future.
Pitchability: Shows above average feel for his age with the ability to throw all three pitches for strikes.
6-foot-1, 180-pound righty that is quite physical for his age. Slower tempo delivery while using the leg lift as a device to break the hands from the glove at the top before creating a small lean with the lower half. Arm action is long and loose while while coming through a high ¾ slot. Fastball ranges from 73-78 mph. Curveball features 12/6 shape with big, gradual break at 63-65 mph. Also mixed in a changeup to the mix at 70-71 mph. Two-way prospect. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Barrel maintains fluidity during his toe turn for timing. Pre launch movements create solid energy when synced. Very physical looking hitter for class with advanced strength through the zone. Run producer type with some thump. At third base he reacts well off the bat, showing a quicker first step. Showed developing lateral mobility and ball skills. Arm is already an above average tool and projects for even more strength.

At third base he plays under control with fluidity to his actions. Hands are soft and he fields the ball nicely, out in front of his body. Reacts well off the bat and maintains actions/ball skills on the move. A right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Goes with a short stride for timing as his barrel flows through a bat tip movement. Natural tools are obvious through the zone on a level path. Displayed present barrel jump with gap to gap pop. Looks to be a middle of the lineup type bat.
